- What is the check-in and check-out time?
- Lucaya Village Resort | Lake Buena Vista Resort | Palisades Resorts | Somerset: Check-in is AFTER 4:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Coral Cay Resort: Check-in is AFTER 4:00 PM, check-out is 10:00 AM.

- Departure Fees
- A one time departure fee of $60.00 plus 13% tax($67.80) will be added to each villa reservation for Lucaya Village and the two/three bedroom Villas.(included in package reservations)
- A one time departure housekeeping fee of $85.00 plus 13% tax(96.05) will be added to each villa reservation for Coral Cay Resort for stays of 5 nights or less.

- Reservation Policy
- Rates are seasonal
- Nightly rates may vary within a single reservation.
- Maximum Occupancy: Two Bedroom-6; Three Bedroom-8; Four Bedroom-10; persons maximum
- Minimum age to rent a villa is 25. Each villa is 25. Each villa must be occupied by at least one adult 25 years or older.
- Attraction tickets may not be available less than 72 hours before arrival
- A $200.00 incidental deposit will be required upon check-in at Coral Cay.
- For reservations at Lake Berkley homes & Eagle Point homes, balance of reservation will be due 21 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 14-20 days prior to arrival are subject to a 50% charge of total cost of stay booked. Reservations cancelled within 13 days prior are non refundable.

- Cancellation Policy
- One night deposit required to guarantee reservation
- No refunds for early departure
- Balance of reservation will be due 7 days prior to arrival
- 50% refund for cancellations/changes made 4-6 days before arrival.
- No refunds for cancellations/changes made less than 72 hours before arrival.
- For reservations at Coral Cay, reservations canceled within 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a 50% charge of total cost of stay booked. Reservations canceled within 3 days prior to arrival are subject to a 100% charge of total cost of stay booked.

- Christmas/New Years Policy(12/22/2011 - 1/3/2012)
- Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival
- 50% refund for cancellations made 13-8 days before arrival
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival

- Resort Fees
- Daily resort fee of $9.50 per day plus applicable taxes at Lake Buena Vista.
- Daily resort fee of $8.00 per day plus applicable taxes at Palisades Resort.

- What about other policies?
- All units are fully stocked upon arrival. Re-stocking is available during your stay for a nominal fee.
- The minimum age requirement to rent a villa is 25 years of age. Each villa must be occupied by at least one adult 25 years or older.
- Imprint of credit card used in reservation is required upon check-in
- If balance is paid via check, payment must be received at least 14 days prior to check-in date.
- One-time departure cleaning fee of $60.00 per stay (included in all-inclusive packages)
- Additional housekeeping service available for $52.00 per day, per villa. 24 hours advance notice required.
- Maximum Occupancy: Two Bedroom-6; Three Bedroom-8
- No pets, RV vehicles, commercial vehicles or boats
- All of the Holiday Villas®' locations are non-smoking.
